Had booked with QR for mid May ex ARN to ADL in J on a non refundable R fare. They canx DOH-ADL sectors (although listed in booking as just a schedule change) managed to get them to confirm the flight was 'actually' canx in WhatsApp chat within minutes and not trying to call London number as previously tried and failed. This chat is usable for those with status in OW or Privilege Club (apparently) and therefore had it in writing (image of chat) that they had indeed cancelled the part of the itinerary. They tried voucher tactic but I refused, they said I could also request a full refind. Lodged a refund request with proof online on 26 March and in followup on WhatsApp they actually processed a full refund on 17 April. Hopefully will be back on my card soon. My ZenDesk case however is still not closed!
