Well...it is certain that 6s/SE will be the next models to be dropped. So I do not expect iOS 14 will support 6s/SE. The problem is whether dropping 6s/SE from iOS 14 will be the best interest for Apple. IMHO - it won't be.

I don't believe most people are willing to spend money to get the phone replaced now. So if Apple is serious about reviving its weakened sales, then Apple will have to prolong the life of 6s/SE. Otherwise, the sales number will look really bad.

The free phone promotion has practically dead for a while.

Personally, I would rather pay the phone in full price to get a cheaper rate plan. If my math is correct, you end up saving more than getting the so-called free phone.
