48 hours or so (forgot the exact time) before you can call and ask them to force the upgrade.
In the meantime hope springs eternal that a white knight type will show up and purchase those seats. The only downside is depriving a bunch of overentitled GSs of what they wouldn’t be getting in a better world, one where we’re all upsell dispensers stacked like cordwood amongst the higher value cargo
