It's certainly a big hit because I rely on some degree of rollovers every year. This is exasperating. They could have simply suspended the deduction for 1 year and retained status. Is there anyone we can write to about this?
I tried to write an email to FB but their website is down and I can't login no matter the browser, the device or after clearing cookies.
