Be careful, the Corona-Karens will be out in force to interrogate you and determine if it is truly essential that you fly.
Overall, with loads 10% or less, I can't imagine that CLE-ATL would be some exception route with an 80% load. But, as always, YMMV. I would pick which ever airline has a flight with the most desired timing since there are so few to choose from.
