Checking in to this thread again to see if anybody else isn’t quite shaking this off as they had hoped.

Since my last post, I continued to improve, with just a little tiredness here and there. Nothing to be concerned about at all. Unfortunately, since the day before yesterday the same mild headaches that heralded the first onset of symptoms just under a month ago have returned. As before, a couple of paracetamol deals with them. Came in to my house earlier today after pottering around our tiny garden and felt a little out of breath, my temperature is very mildly high (37.2C). I wouldn’t usually be bothered by any of this, but it does feel all too similar to how it started in the first place.
