EK did not mention this option at all, perhaps not unsurprisingly. That would be the ideal option right now for me as I could do with getting real money back. Is there a summary thread or post that explains in simple terms how to go about this?
Bear in mind that part of my flight/ticket is still active for mid-May so it hasn't been cancelled by Emirates, although there is zero chance of me being able to fly.
