Hello, not sure where to ask this. I have a family member with an AA "Transportation Voucher Exchange Coupon" that expires in May. Is this a book by or fly by date? Is there a way to get this extended in light of coronavirus, and how? Is the best bet to just book new travel with it and use the current no change fee policy to switch to something else later? Thanks.
