It's theirs to make, and ours to make, as well. Like I said before, it's their airline (or at least they are the custodians for the shareholders), so it's their call. Not the call I would make for my highest value customers (30% of revenue? I've forgotten but that's the number I have in my head), but I'm no marketing genius.
