Update on my side, I was able to reach twice the Duch Hotels.com and the lady assured me that the refunds will come withing 30 days (although the previous call I made she assured me it was 7 to 14 days). The two first reservations I cancelled on March 19th got refunded on my amex last saturday (500 Euros total), so seems like it's slowly being processed. All other reservations (8 in total) have been cancelled between March 21st and 24th so I hope to get those refunded this week (2100 Euros remaining in total)

Thanks, that offers me a little piece of mind, I’m unable to get through to anyone from the U.K.! I’m on the same time line as yourself, cancelled on March 21st (fully flex booking paid in advance), so we are in the same boat per se. Good luck and keep me posted
