SO the bind I'm in is I used a Travel Bank credit that expired Feb 28. For a flight coming up in May. Having seen B6 move that flight time 3 times already, Im hoping they cancel it and I get a full refund.. But not sure what would happen with that TB credit considering the circumstances.
I have a similiar case. I had a flight cancelled before the virus, and tried to get a refund, but the TravelBank portion would only go back under its original expiry (ie. disappear)
Luckily I checked my travelbank while still on the phone, and the agent reinstated the flights to a different date.
Now fastforward to virus - is this still the case - or are cancelled flights now being issued new travelbank credit - even if they were paid with travelbank already expired?
