Well, all these statistics don't add up when you take them at face value. However, it could be that some of the deceased never made it to the intensive care and are not included in that number of 421; it could be that some of the recovered also never made it to intensive care before recovering; and the 393 are "serious or critical," so I don't think all of them necessarily are in intensive care. Or, to sum it up: We simply don't know the true number right now.
