Just an update to my earlier post. Informed via email that my flight from LHR to Seattle on April 14 has now been cancelled. Any advice on how to navigate customer services from here? I don't want to rebook and they are clearly not giving guidance on refunds (like every other airline). All suggestions gratefully received.
If the fight has been cancelled you can get a refund.
Just call them up and say 'my flight has been cancelled I would like a refund'. They may offer you a voucher but you don't have to take it.
