I had to get a phone agent to put in the refund request yesterday, but the website doesn't show any status on the refund.
Yes, I know I need to wait a couple days..
Update: checked status of refund and it now shows a refund date, refund amount, and status details - "Issued to American Express Card ending in xxxx"
So, it goes from blank to done. FYI
