As an aside, does anyone know why Air NZ is saying credits have to be used for the same type of flight - domestic to domestic and international to international?

I recall reading somewhere (I think on the FAQ's) that you could use credits for any flights..... but that was some days ago and they kept changing.... so makes it hard to actually know what is on offer.
