Hi all,

I recently had a double suite booked at a Grand Hyatt in Taiwan and used my partners credit card at the hotel at checkout.

Now Hyatt won't give me the points because it was paid for with a credit card that was not under my name.

Obviously this is very frustrating, but I wonder if this is normal for hotels to do? Is there any reason for this, or is it just an easy excuse for them not to have to credit points?
