I submitted my refund request over the phone on Monday, so it looks like I have another week, or so to go. Prefunds cant even find the request, but if I try to cancel the flights using the ticket number, I do get to a screen that it is still pending review. I’m guessing I’ll see the 100K of mileage upgrade hit my account around the same time as the credit card refund shows up.
