Are you on EK's payroll? Telling customers to wait 12 months is abysmal. Doesn't matter if EK is not the only one. That's no defence to being a terrible company. Airline struggling for cash flow? Well boo hoo. So are ordinary people. And they don't have the power of a wealthy state behind them.
