Asiana cancelled my flight on my award ticket and I'm being told no award redeposit without a fee of $125 per passenger, or you take their "credit" of 1 year.
Edit: I spoke with a "supervisor" who without permission cancelled my ticket and told me to get a refund I needed to go to united.com/refunds. What in the actual hell?
