Thank you for your feedback. I usually stay at the PH since I know most of the staff and management there, however, I'm disappointed with the inconsistency of service (sometimes the service is great, other times I feel like I'm in a 3* hotel.)

The most important question I have for you is how long do you have to wait for the food to arrive when you request in-room dining? My definition of superior service is anything arriving within 20 minutes of placing a food order is perfect (this also applies for breakfast.)

If Rosewood can ensure 20 minutes food delivery when placing an order then I may shift loyalty to Rosewood (for some unknown reason PH can not maintain this standard.)
