A note to all. They can't do anything via twitter or facebook. They can't change a flight or refund a flight. They will just reply back to call. There is a papertrail for everything and they can refund it. You have to be patient. Submit one item for Customer Relations (CURE) under the feedback link on the website. That will be a slow process as well, but when they finally open it they can take direction at that time. Best bet is to try and call the USA number really early in the morning and try and beat the people who sleep in a hour later. A call centre person will queue it to refunds and that process will take some time due to the volume. Cheers & stay safe!
