Next time you’re in New Orleans, go to Antoine’s Restaurant. I was there last month and had the Oysters Rockefeller, Foch, Crabmeat Ravigote and Shrimp Remoulade. Additionally, had the soufflé potatoes, a filet and finished with some Baked Alaska. Decadent? Yes! Delicious? Yes!
