I suspect their views are probably influenced by Professor Yuen in HK who is THE expert on SARS and also one of the key persons in confirming the human to human transmission of the coronavirus. His predictions have been spot on so far. Ever since January, he has said it will be worse than SARS and something everyone should be very worried
