I don’t think anyone expects ALL transatlantic services to stop, some people will keep flying, just on a much reduced schedule. Don’t forget BA staff can fly AA/UA if necessary too.
Indeed, LH group are still maintaining four routes, and BA are likely to maintain a handful too. I am sure it will be possible for crew to position back.
