Go to website.
Go to journey tab.
Go Support, hit contact us.
Scroll down page to select a topic drop down menu.
Hit refund request
Follow the very clear instructions.
No need to call QR!
There are reports that people who have done it over the phone can get their voucher the same or next day.
Doing it via the online form may possibly be a lot slower. Depends how much of a hurry you're in!
