It depends on the country...

Japan: the toughest choice, but I will go with crab. Damn, but those hotaru ika were a hoot, too. Eel. Oysters. katsuo warayaki...

Indonesia: skipjack tuna, prepared in a Manadonese way (i.e. spicy and smoked)

China: razor clams

Greece: Octopus
