I find that hard to believe. On a couple of recent Courtyard stays in the U.S., I ordered a breakfast sandwich in the Bistro and it certainly seemed to be freshly made and contain freshly scrambled eggs, NOT something that was just reheated. (Eggs lose their tenderness and become rubbery when reheated.)
Maybe what you say is true of SOME U.S. Courtyards, but ALL?
