??? What they're doing now is "not wise".

Pax are hammering the phone lines rebooking right now. I couldn't get through as the line wasn't even connecting. Pax are rebooking and you're saying they are rebooking to flights they will then potentially cancel...yet they've paid upsells? It makes it a more sensible to waive RBD changes for goodwill and the phone calls would shorten immensely than agents desperately trying to find K and L seats for the summer which takes ages.

As they slowwwwlllllyyyyy cancel flights it makes the situation worse.

Flights are empty right now. Those seats are being flown around for nothing. LH don't need to sell every seat like Ryanair. The revenue model does not work on empty flights.
