Delta Reserve access privilege to Delta SkyClub and/or Centurion lounge only works if you are flying with Delta Airlines.

I don't think anyone can argue that is a true enhancement to the reserve card.
as long as you are flying Delta you have access unless the lounge is overcrowded.
