Is it a hard "no" regarding the second extension?
You didn't quote the dates on your account, I am assuming the expiration date shows the same as before you used it? From what I have read, you might have a better likelihood if you can pick dates and a location to use it for, it seems like the CSRs have a bit more wiggle room to override alerts when they are attaching it to a specific reservation. Just speculation on my part.
