This is pretty absurd. Wondering about this. I'm heading to the St. Regis Maldives next and there's not a chance I'd agree to pay rack rate for a forced quarantine. In my next destination (SG), I could find a hotel at a reasonable price and deal with that. Andaz + 2 TSUs wouldn't be the end of the world. I'd ask for my drink tickets to be stocked up for future use haha — especially if I can negotiate a few concessions on the rate and on room service discounts.
