Gild Hall is fine if you have business in Wall St area. Much better than the worn down Andaz WS. Breakfast is excellent.
Never liked Union Square... real tiny rooms and breakfast was MEH.

OP: I think Glob benefits are pretty much the same across the board (breakfast/late checkout) expect for lounge which only the GH has. If you didn't liked GH 5 years ago then don't consider it now. If you want to be guarantee a room upgrade, use one of your upgrades certs.
