Thanks all.

As I somewhat suspected, no obvious winner emerging.

It is true that the GH has the most obvious Globalist benefits, but I stayed there more than 5 years ago and it already felt dated at the time.

With all the information given here I'm tempted to stay at the Centric for the odd chance of a room/suite with a nice view (not that I'm a particular fan of the Times Square midtown neighbourhood), but I must admit some of the boutique hotels like the Park South or the Gild Hall are intriguing as well.

Side question: Should I be burning one of my suite awards or willl I get upgraded anyhow as a Globalist if there's availability at the time of arrival?
