Unfortunately no, there is no phone number to call. You have to wait the full 2 weeks. Also, if you try to use it before the full 2 weeks is up, the clock will reset. I usually wait 16 days to be extra sure.
They have an email address,
[email protected], but they can’t unlock you.
It’s highly frustrating. Trust me.
