I'm sure i read somewhere that the A330 has the widest seat in coach?

Having flown one of the lions to / from SFO (in the SQ fit out) it was great. Spacious and well thought out seat back. I'm doing London twice this summer for family stuff and we have intentionally booked the daily A330 (daytime to London) because of the 2-4-2 formation. If it's anything else, we take two window seats behind each other to avoid middle seating. This window and aisle config works so well for couples. If the seat width and pitch remain good, I'd take it any day over a densified 777 or 9 across in a dreamliner.

With the summer season approaching and no end to the MXs aga in sight, I'm assuming the A330 reconfigurations may not be complete before the summer schedule kicks in.

Just out of curiosity, are the A220's ETOPs capable aircraft and are pilots being ETOPs trained. ie its at least feasible that AC would restore Halifax and St. John's before the MAX returns. Even if it does, I'm not sure I'd be rushing back to do a London flight across the pond on a MAX.
