That's if you believe the Thai government's official numbers. The number of "Patients Under Investigation" has risen exponentially in the last few weeks, now approaching 3,000. Miraculously, these people don't seem to ever catch the virus.

The actions of the Kuwaiti government would appear to indicate their skepticism of the reporting from Bangkok's ruling military junta.
