Candy and stickers for making it through security?
A few weeks ago my boarding pass was flagged for a random security check in the Tucson Airport. As a present for getting through the checkpoint successfully, the TSA administrators offered me a choice of candy (Tootsie pop? Mini Hershey’s bar?) I hear children also get stickers to entice them through the metal detectors.
I’m doing some freelance writing and thought there might be a story in here somewhere:
Has anything similar happened to you? Candy? Stickers? Something else? Do other airports offer similar incentives?
Thanks!!
