Just to clarify, are you flying to ZRH and then to Italy by other means or a separate ticket, or is it a different ticket than the one at the first post.
If things stay serious, they may waive change/cancellation fees for Italy flights but they won't be the first airline to do it, after other airlines. From the China case, we could observe that TK was one of the last airlines to cancel flights after crew assigned to China flights getting fake medical reports and not finding crew to go there.
For Switzerland, good luck. Probably not unless things go serious in Switzerland.
