[email protected] with the details, including boarding passes (if you have them) plus original booking invoice/ticket. Then follow up with them after a month.
I had a similar issue last December with a re-route due to IRROPs. Simply entering the details into the Aeroplan website produced an email a day or so later that the operating carrier had no record of my flight.
