Note that row 17 is not a full size door like the other A321's have. It is a traditional over-wing emergency exit. There is a picture of row 17 in this article.

I sat in row 10 and thought the leg room was fine. Non MCE is really tight though. The overhead bins are just huge.

28A is still the best seat on the plane, is it not considered MCE.
