My main worry is that a month from now, when that booking is still there and then "not flown" - I might get hit with a "no show" fee, or have miles clawed back.
Since I have absolutely no confirmation from LM on what's going on (no email, nothing) - I have no proof as to what the situation is.

They didn't even "refund" the miles to my account per se. Rather, they completely erased the original mileage redemption (so that it no longer appears in the history) and the miles are back, as if nothing happened.

Also worried I won't see the refund of the taxes, but that's not a big issue.
