I've submitted twice for Hertz rewards recently, and each time after about a week, my e-reward points are returned to my account with the notation that the redemption "failed". Nope, just did one last week for 1100 Gold Points, and all I had to do is enter the code that was texted to my US cell number. Points posted within 72 hours. You might need to email them.
