Trying to get rid of subsciptions - advice

Hi folks!
I'm currently trying to reduce as much as possible the number of subscriptions I hold. I have a fair few and am trying to reduce that dependency.
I've separated those into two main categories, the mandatory ones and the non-mandatory ones. I'm based in the UK.
Mandatory:
->Electricity
->Gas
->Water
->Internet
Non-mandatory:
->Landline Phone
->Cell phone: one for the wife, one for myself and a French line for the 2 of us
->Amazon Prime

I've already tried to reduce the UK cellphone ones to basic subscriptions that suit our needs, for the French line we kinda need it since we're making regular calls home to our families and use the line when in France.
Alternatives: Whatsapp, Viber, Skype?
Broadband-wise: thought about replacing it with 4G, though the prices are eye-wateringly expensive, and it's essentially replacing one subscription with another
Amazon Prime: One of the easiest to remove, however I'm looking for a legal pay as you watch streaming service instead. Any thoughts on it? WE occasionally watch series (one episode or 2 per week max), one movie a week max, kids cartoon are loaded onto a hard drive (easier for parental controls)
Any thoughts, ideas?
Thanks in advance!
