I have 2 data points.

Domestic flight - buy up from Y to F. Activity page shows PQP posted day of flight but I am certain I didn't see it in my PQP total until a couple days afterward.
Intl flight - mileage plus upgrade from Y (not fare bucket) to PP AND Polaris. Cleared to PP, Polaris upgrade did NOT clear. PQP for copay to Polaris posted with date of day of flight but I don't recall when I saw it in PQP total. PQP reversed 17 days after day of flight. However, this also coincided with the reply I got to a refund request I submitted online for the $425. Side note... while they took away the PQP, they still haven't processed the $425 copay refund.
