I was using the MVP rate as a HS sports coach. I originally had interpreted myself as meeting the qualifications. When I checked the MVP rate through the portal on a property last week, the MVP rate was the same as the Hilton member rate and higher than the AAA rate.

I assume the change has tightened eligibility and high schools sports programs are not part of the targeted sports programs.

Fair enough, and I enjoyed the discounts when used in the past. I will continue to enjoy AAA discount and Honors discounts. Olympic discount was fun while it lasted, plus it worked for overseas properties as well.
