So let me see if I get this straight: if you have booked your flights through a travel agent you’re not entitled to any refund if you’re flying after 31 March 2020. On other hand, if you’ve booked directly with Air China you can cancel your flights and they’ll refund the total amount you paid, regardless of the date of the flights. Is this correct?

Im flying Air China from Paris to Bangkok on 29 April 2020 with a 2 hour layover in Beijing. The return flight will be also with Air China, from Singapore to Paris, on the 17 May 2020, with a 5 hour layover in Chengdu. The ticket starts with 999 as they require, but I’ll only be transiting in China.

Given the dates of the flights and the fact that I’ll only be in China for layovers, is my booking still eligible for cancellation with full refund?

Sorry for the long post XD I made some research but I always find contradicting opinions on this matter.
