What are you nervous about?

If Avis has not yet charged its fee, it means that it has not yet been contacted for the details. Until that happens, the citation cannot even be completed and mailed. Perhaps you have been lucky and the tags were obscured, the camera lens dirty, or any other number of possibilities. As the only connection between you and the vehicle is Avis, if that does not happen, it will just be a ticket which can't be identified.
