Obviously row 13 seats are much more narrower and that may offset the legroom, so which row would be more favorable on a 4 hour flight?

Sidenote: I'm a new PM so hopefully we'll get upgraded. Anyone have experience on SLC-TPA? Every FC seat is open but we are still a month out so that may not mean much. Might not be a bad use of an RUC, I suppose.
I sat in 13F on an A321 on a 2.5 hour flight yesterday. The seat is not noticeably narrow and frankly, probably the same width as Row 10 since Row 10 also has the tray tables and PTVs in the seat as well. For Row 13, I haven't/didn't measure it, but with the way the seats/rows are somewhat offset, I think 13E/F have slightly more legroom than 13A/B/C. The other plus to 13E/F is that where "13D" would be is the FA jump-seat, which other than takeoff & landing, is usually unoccupied. Great set of seats for a couple or even if traveling solo, putting you next to only 1 stranger. And I was able to get up and out from 13F without 13E having to get up or really even move yesterday.
