I’m checking prices without logging into my Accor ALL account. There are plenty of different rates available: advance saver rate with and without breakfast, plus flexible rate with and without breakfast.

The advance saver rate with breakfast suits me best.

I log in and… Suddenly I can see two rates only: advance saver rate and flexible rate, both including breakfast on weekend only which in this case means one morning.

If I want to have breakfast in the second morning, too, I have to pay for it and the total price becomes more expensive than the advance saver rate icluding breakfast both mornings.

The thing is that I can’t book that advance saver rate with breakfast when I’m logged in. How is this rewarding?

Also tried to call to booking service center but somehow I can’t get through to an agent.
