From my experience, these Caesars to Wyndham and Wyndham to Caesars status matches expire as follows ....

A status match from Caesars Diamond to Wyndham Diamond expires on the next December 31st;
i.e. if done today (2/2/2020), your new Wyndham Diamond status will expire on 12/31/2020.

A status match from Wyndham Diamond to Caesars Diamond expires on the next January 31st;
i.e. if done today (2/2/2020), your new Caesars Diamond status will expire on 01/31/2021.
